Please review the following cancellation policy and understand this is a necessary part of running an appointment based business. Cancellations prior to 48 hours before appointments are accepted, and we hope you choose to reschedule! Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment booked will result in a charge of 25% of services booked. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the services booked if appointment is rescheduled, and a 100% charge if not rescheduled. Cancellations within 12 hours of appointment/no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the services booked.
